Arrival and Airport Pickup Info
Please arrive at the Clarion Hotel SFO 20 minutes prior to the time you want to be at your airport terminal. Parkers should pull into the hotel parking lot, pull a ticket and park in the designated stalls. Please wait for the shuttle in front of the hotel or at the shuttle stop next to the parking booth.

At the Airport, go to the 2nd level, middle island. Look for the hotel shuttles sign.

From Hayward. Take the US-101 North towards SAN FRANCISCO. Take the Millbrae Avenue exit (#420) towards Millbrae. Turn Right on E Millbrae Ave Arrive at 401 E Millbrae Ave on the right.
From San Francisco (Embarcadero). Take the 280 South for 3 miles. Take the US-101 South for 10 miles. Take the Millbrae Ave exit (#420) towards Millbrae (Left). Arrive at 401 E Millbrae Ave on the right.
From San Jose. Take the US-101 North towards SAN FRANCISCO for 30 miles. Take the Millbrae Avenue exit (#420) towards Millbrae. Turn Right on E Millbrae Ave. Arrive at 401 E Millbrae Ave on the right.
From the East Bay. Take the CA-24 exit towards OAKLAND/LAFAYETTE for 14 miles Take the I-580 West exit towards SAN FRANCISCO/HAYWARD for 1.5 miles. Take the I-80 West exit towards SAN FRANCISCO for 8.4 miles. I-80 West becomes US-101 South (drive 12 miles). Take the Millbrae exit (#420) towards Millbrae (Left). Arrive at 401 East Millbrae Ave on the right.

Parking Lot Name and Location: Clarion Hotel SFO is a privately owned parking lot. Clarion Hotel SFO is not the on-airport parking lot. Please refer to your receipt above for the exact address, telephone number and directions.
Receipt: This is your receipt. Please print it out and present it to Clarion Hotel SFO to receive credit for your payment. We also send a copy of this receipt to the email address you provided us during registration or checkout. If you don't receive a copy via email and use a web based email account such as Hotmail, Yahoo, AOL, etc. please check your spam folder for the receipt. Please adjust your email settings to accept email from us.
Printed Receipt Required: Clarion Hotel SFO requires that you present your receipt to receive your quoted price and credit for your online payment. Change in Travel Dates or Times:  If your travel itinerary changes, this will NOT affect the amount you paid online to reserve your space and there is no need to contact us. It may affect the total due to the parking facility. Your reservation receipt covers your entire length of stay based on your chosen departure and return dates and times. Your actual total may be higher or lower, based on the actual length of time your vehicle is parked with your chosen parking vendor. If your travel itinerary changes, your reservation will continue to be valid for a period of 7 days from your departure date as indicated on your receipt above.


Cancellations:

If there is a change in your travel dates or times, you may continue to use your reservation within 7 days of your original departure date. If your trip is canceled, you must provide us with at least 48 hours notice before your departure date to receive a refund of the amount you paid online.
